Art Deco silver plate tazza with glass liner

This very elegant silver plate tazza is probably French and made during the Art Deco period. It has a round tiered foot leading to a hexagonal column that supports the tiered round topped bowl. The interior of the bowl has been gilt washed and has a removable glass liner with incised and etched decoration around the rim. There is a rectangular cartouche stamped on the outside rim of the tazza with two initials that could be "PP" separated by a kite symbol. I have been unable to trace the mark.

Approximate dimensions:

Height: 7.09ins - 18cms
Diameter: 8.66ins - 22cms
