We have pleasure in introducing a collaboration of talented master craftsmen-manufactures, designers and cutters who together have produced a bespoke range of handcrafted silver jewellery containing individually hand carved cameo glass and polished gemstones.

The idea for the jewellery arose from an initial conversation between Alan and Timothy Harris Master Glassblower of the renowned Isle of Wight Studio Glass and oldest son of Michael Harris. Alan, a talented lapidarer was interested in the concept of incorporating precious stones into the glass making process.

From this discussion grew the idea of making a range of bespoke jewellery using Tim's glass. Alan and Tim personally selected the glass to be used and Alan then set about designing the jewellery. Although certain period influences can be seen in each piece, the primary inspiration for each design was the glass itself. Similarly Alan cut and selected stones to compliment the colours and shapes within the glass.

The jewellery has been hand crafted by Alan's brother Randal, a Master Jeweller.  Each piece bears the Poultney brothers' hallmark that has been registered with the London assay office and Timothy Harris signed and dated the pieces of glass upon completion of each item of jewellery.

The collaboration did not end there: together with Tim and Tim's mother, Elizabeth Harris, a name was chosen for each piece that the three felt reflected its individual aura.

Each item of jewellery comes boxed together with a travelling pouch and a certificate of authenticity that incorporates a valuation for insurance pieces.

The end result is a range of truly unique and beautiful jewellery that reflects the skills and craftsmanship of the three men that created it.
