Description:
An early 19th century
Treen wooden snuff box in the form of a shoe. The hinged lid has a metal pin
edging with a central scroll motif in metal wiring. The shoe is fitted with lace and button decorations down the front of
the shoe where there is a twisted wire separating the shoe studs from the point of the shoe which also has a “V”
wire section.
