Description:
A c.1920-30’s Egyptian revival silver enamel garnet and pearl
chain and pendant.
The pendant is enameled on both sides but only one side is gem set.The
Egyptian persons head in the centre of the pendant has a green enameled hood with a breast plate in white enamel and then
segments of blue and red enamels. Below the breast plate in a semi circle in 7 sections that are set with garnets in claw
settings. Below this are two green enameled panels which meet in the centre of the pendant from which a pearl is suspended.
Suspended on either side of the same panels there is also a single pearl drop.Above the central head and
scrolling down to the outer pearls are silver panels in purple and white enamels.Each of the links of
the chain are enameled in blue enamel.
