Description A
c.1920’s 18ct white and yellow gold diamond plaque ring.
The top of the ring consists of a central plaque with an 18ct white gold millgrained boarder enclosing
7 old European round cut diamonds which are bead and claw set in a grouping shaped like a coffin.
There are four larger European round cut diamonds set in a square with a small bead claw set European cut diamond in
the middle. There are two old European cut diamond set above and below the four large diamonds. Each of
the 6 points of the central plaque see an old European round cut diamond set in an 18ct white gold millgrained rub over setting.
Linking each of the 6 diamonds is an outer millgrained 18ct white gold bar which encloses a millgrained zigzag 18ct
white gold open worked section. The top of the ring sits above and 18ct yellow gold pierced frame
cage. There are two diamond bead set in a millgrained 18ct white gold shoulder section which is set between and 18ct yellow
gold split shank.
