This lovely elegant bulbous lipped vase is by Daum. Made in the 1930s it is in opaque glass decorated in radiating rows of ridges, the peaks being in polished frosted glass and and the troughs being acid etched.
It is signed "Daum Nancy France" with the Cross of Lorraine towards the base of one of the peaks.
