Silver & ceramic brooch

This very attractive oblong shaped brooch has a ceramic panel set into the front that has been painted with a landscape of a lane leading down between rolling hills into a valley with fields and sky in the background. The top of the brooch is crenellated and the bottom has been overlaid with silver leaves and flowers. the ceramic panel is in a silver mount that has been hallmarked on the rear by the Birmingham Assay Office for silver and the year 1994 and bears the sponsor's mark "PEB" in an oval cartouche.
